The 6-foot-5, 230-pound sophomore swept the 100- and 200-meter dash events at the DCSAA state meet this past season, leading the Lions to a second-place finish as a team. Harbor set meet records in both the 100 and 200 during the qualifying heats, and he was a member of Carroll’s victorious 4x100- and 4x200-meter relay quartets. At the time of his selection, Harbor’s personal-best 100 clocking of 10.38 seconds ranked No. 41 nationally among 2021 prep competitors. He set the state record in both the 100 and 200 (21.36) this spring.
Harbor has maintained a 3.44 GPA in the classroom. He will begin his junior year of high school this fall.
Harbor has volunteered locally on behalf of community-beautification projects and outreach in association with Generosity Global. He has also donated his time to Archbishop Carroll’s annual food drive.
