The 6-foot-2, 190-pound senior guard led the Bruins to a 27-3 record and the first Class 6A state championship in program history this past season. Atkins averaged 21 points, 6.7 assists, 5.6 rebounds and 2.2 steals per game. He also averaged 26.2 points per game in the postseason, including a 43-point effort in a win over Clackamas in the Round of 16. A three-time All-Conference selection, he is ranked as the No. 4 prospect in the Class of 2025 by Prep Hoops Oregon.
Atkins has maintained a 3.15 GPA in the classroom. He has verbally committed to play basketball at Eastern Arizona College this fall.
Atkins has volunteered locally in association with Young Life, a faith-based ministry program for adolescents, and he has served in student leadership at Barlow for three years.
