The 5-foot-9 junior set a course record in winning the Maryland Private School State Championships Large School Division race this past season with a time of 18:04.2, breaking the tape more than 100 seconds ahead of her next-closest competitor and leading the Admirals to eighth place as a team. Patrick also won the Independent Athletic Association of Maryland Championships. She took 11th at the Foot Locker Northeast Regional Championships to earn Second Team All-Region honors.
Patrick has maintained a weighted 4.57 GPA in the classroom. She will begin her senior year of high school this fall.
Patrick has volunteered locally with the Blue Ribbon Project, a nonprofit that supports abused and neglected children. She has also donated her time on behalf of the Ronald McDonald House and Amnesty International.
