The 5-foot-9, 165-pound senior running back rushed for 1,804 yards and 26 touchdowns on 206 carries this past season, leading the Mavericks to an 11-1 record and the Class 5A championship game. Bell also caught 21 passes for 412 yards and four touchdowns.
Bell has maintained a 3.93 GPA in the classroom.
An Eagle Scout with the Boy Scouts of America, he has volunteered locally on behalf of retirement homes and youth sports programs.
