The 6-foot-2, 195-pound junior right-handed pitcher led the Cadets to a 26-5 record and their second consecutive Washington Catholic Athletic Conference championship this past season. McCabe compiled a 7-2 record on the mound with a 0.59 ERA, surrendering just 18 hits in 47.1 innings while striking out 65 batters. He also held opponents to a .115 batting average and was a First Team WCAC All-Conference selection.
McCabe has maintained a 4.04 GPA in the classroom. He has made a verbal committment to play baseball on scholarship at the College of Charleston in the fall of 2025.
McCabe has volunteered locally with Christopher Cares, a philanthropic organization that helps rebuild houses. He has also participated in St. John’s community service initiatives.
