The state’s returning Gatorade Player of the Year, the 6-foot-6, 225-pound senior broke the state record in the 100-meter dash this past season, crossing the line in 10.20 seconds at the Puma East Coast International Showcase. Harbor’s top 100 time ranked No. 8 nationally among prep competitors in 2023. Also a two-time Gatorade State Football Player of the Year, he won the 100 and 200 at the Washington Catholic Athletic Conference Championships. His clocking of 20.77 ranked No. 14 nationally this spring. He also earned All-American honors for the second straight year thanks to a sixth-place finish in the 100 at New Balance Nationals Outdoor.
Harbor has maintained a 3.75 GPA in the classroom. He has signed a National Letter of Intent to play football on scholarship at the University of South Carolina this fall.
Harbor has volunteered locally through the Generosity Global, a women’s health and hygiene non-profit, and Generosity Showers, a portable showers program for the unhoused. He has also donated his time as a youth and peer mentor through the Archbishop Carroll Men of Valor program.
