The District’s returning Gatorade Player of the Year, the 6-foot-6, 230-pound senior defensive end and tight end led the Lions to a 10-3 record and the Washington Catholic Athletic Conference Lower Division Tournament championship this past season. Harbor recorded 45 tackles, including 16.5 for a loss and 5.5 sacks with two fumble recoveries and two blocked kicks. Ranked as the nation’s No. 11 recruit in the Class of 2023 by 247Sports.com, he also caught 15 passes for 439 yards and five touchdowns and was credited with 20 pancake blocks.
Harbor has maintained a 3.73 GPA in the classroom. At the time of his selection, he remained undecided upon a collegiate destination.
Also a two-time Gatorade Boys Track & Field Player of the Year, Harbor is a member of the Archbishop Carroll High Men of Valor. He has volunteered locally with Generosity Global as part of community beautification projects and by performing community outreach. He has also donated his time to Archbishop Carroll’s annual food drive.
