The 6-foot-2 senior guard had led the Crusaders to a 24-3 record and a berth in the Division 3 state championship game at the time of her selection. Moschkau averaged 18.3 points, 6.4 rebounds, 3.4 assists and 2.7 blocks through 27 games. A First Team All-State honoree, she was also named to the USA TODAY's All-USA Wisconsin First Team and is the school career leader in points and blocked shots.
Moschkau has maintained a 4.0 GPA in the classroom. She has signed a National Letter of Intent to play basketball on scholarship at Stanford University this fall.
Moschkau has served as a tutor in her school and has volunteered locally on behalf of a homeless shelter, Meals on Wheels and youth sports programs. "Estella Moschkau is a phenomenal player," said Tyler Kuehl, head coach at Monona Grove High. "She affects the game like no other player I've seen this year. She has so many skills offensively that if you take one thing away, she can switch gears to something else. She's also an incredible defender."
