“What impresses me most about Haliburton is his unselfish play and how he makes everyone around him better. He has great size and athleticism, he can create for himself and others and he shoots the ball at a very high rate. He’s also a really good defender, applying a lot of pressure with that length and doing a great job of anticipating.”

Head Coach at Fond du Lac High

Athletic Excellence

The 6-foot-5, 175-pound senior guard had led the Spartans to a 23-1 record and a berth in the Division 1 sectional semifinals at the time of his selection. Haliburton averaged 23.2 points, 6.3 assists, 5.2 rebounds and 3.7 steals through 24 games, converting 68.6 percent of his field goal attempts. A First Team All-State honoree, he was also named the Fox Valley Association Player of the Year as a junior.
