The 5-foot-9 senior outside hitter led the Tigers to a 38-4 record and the Division 3 state championship this past season. Damrow recorded 353 digs, 333 kills and 75 service aces, posting a .461 kill percentage and a .375 hitting percentage on the attack. A 2022 American Volleyball Coaches Association First Team All-American selection, Damrow was an alternate for the USA Volleyball Under-18 Women’s National Team last summer as a libero, her natural position. She is ranked as the nation’s No. 11 recruit in the Class of 2023 by PrepVolleyball.com and concluded her prep volleyball career with 1,397 digs and 998 kills.
Damrow has maintained a 3.83 GPA in the classroom. Taking advantage of NCAA early signing rules, Damrow inked a financial-aid agreement that paved the way for her to enroll at the University of Wisconsin, where she will play volleyball. She will graduate from high school later this month and attend classes in the spring semester.
Damrow has volunteered locally on behalf of the Salvation Army, and she has donated her time as a youth volleyball coach and trainer.
