The 6-foot-3, 205-pound senior guard had led the Knights to a 21-0 record and the Class AA state tournament at the time of his selection. The state’s returning Gatorade Boys Basketball Player of the Year, Worster averaged 20.7 points, 7.1 rebounds, 4.5 assists and 2.3 steals through the regular season. He is a three-time All-State and All-Conference selection.
Worster has maintained a 3.33 GPA in the classroom. He has signed a National Letter of Intent to play basketball on scholarship at Utah State University this fall.
Also a football standout, Worster has volunteered locally on behalf of youth basketball programs.
