The 6-foot, 187-pound junior quarterback led the Cardinals to a 12-2 record and the Catholic State Championship this past season. Belin passed for 3,059 yards and 30 touchdowns and added 1,326 yards and 19 scores on the ground. He threw two touchdown passes and rushed for another in Hayes’ 40-22 win over St. Francis High in the state final. He was named the 2023 New York Catholic High School Football League Offensive Player of the Year.
Belin has maintained a B-plus average in the classroom. He will begin his senior year of high school this fall.
A practiced musician and artist, Belin has volunteered locally as part of multiple community service initiatives through the Women’s Missionary Society.
