At the time of her selection, the 5-foot-7 junior third baseman had led the Rams (24-0) to the No. 1 seed and the state championship round of the Division 1 state tournament. Silva batted .500 with 27 RBI, 34 runs scored, nine home runs, five triples and eight doubles. She was named Division 1 First Team All-State and is a finalist for the Premier Girls Fastpitch Futures All-American Game.
Silva has maintained an A average in the classroom. She has verbally committed to play softball on scholarship at the University of Iowa in the fall of 2025.
Silva has volunteered locally as a chemistry tutor and youth softball coach. She also has donated her time to a local nursing home, bringing meals and desserts to residents.
