The state’s reigning Gatorade Player of the Year, the 6-foot senior forward averaged 17.2 points and 9.3 rebounds per game this past season, leading the Warriors (24-4) to their second consecutive Division I state championship. Dunn led all scorers with 18 points on 7-of-14 shooting in Kamehameha’s 50-39 state final win over Iolani to earn Hawaii High School Athletic Association State Tournament Most Outstanding Player honors. She was also named the Honolulu Star-Advertiser Player of the Year.
Dunn has maintained a 3.54 weighted GPA in the classroom. She has signed a written letter of athletic aid to play basketball at Portland State this fall.
Dunn has volunteered locally with the Hawaii Food Bank. She’s also a member of the Awana Youth Group and the Sinfonietta, Kamehameha’s highest level of orchestra.
