The 6-foot-1, 140-pound senior won his second straight IHSAA Class 6A state meet this past season with a time of 14:55.53, breaking the tape 1.8 seconds ahead of his next-closest competitor in leading the Warriors to ninth place as a team. Stadtlander also won the Bugtown Invite in a 5K personal-best clocking of 14:46.96 and took second at the Nike Twilight XC Invitational. He was the top Idaho finisher at the Nike Cross Northwest Regional, finishing fifth in 14:58.1 to earn NXN All-Region honors.
Stadtlander has maintained a 3.94 GPA in the classroom. He has signed a written letter of athletic aid to run at Oklahoma State University this fall.
Stadtlander has volunteered locally assisting with services in association with the youth ministry at his church. He has also donated his time coaching youth basketball in the faith-based Upward Sports organization.
