The 6-foot-1, 220-pound senior linebacker and running back led the Eagles to a 15-0 record and the Class 6A state championship this past season. Dean recorded 175 tackles, including 26 for loss, and seven sacks. He also picked off three passes and forced two fumbles. The Class 6A Mr. Football winner and Under Armour All-America Game selection rushed for nine touchdowns.
Dean has maintained a 4.0 GPA in the classroom. He remains undecided upon a collegiate destination.
A longtime member of his local chapter of the 4-H Club, Dean has volunteered at the Palmer Home for Children, and he donated his time to multiple community service initiatives through the Horn Lake High National Honor Society.
