At the time of her selection, the 5-foot-8 senior right-handed pitcher had led the Thunderbirds to an 11-5 record entering Vermont’s Division I state tournament. Medor compiled a 10-3 record in the circle with a 0.34 ERA, surrendering 31 hits over 81.1 innings pitched while striking out 173 batters through 16 games. She also batted .449 with 12 RBI and a .971 OPS. A two-time All-Metro Second Team selection as a pitcher, she concluded her regular season with an 11-inning, 22-strikeout performance against Colchester in which she allowed just two hits and one unearned run.
Medor has maintained a 3.82 GPA in the classroom. She has verbally committed to play softball at Nichols College this fall.
A member of both the National Honor Society and her school’s student council, Medor has volunteered locally as an altar server in her local church parish in addition to coaching youth softball with players in Swanton’s Little League organization.
