Athletic Excellence

The 5-foot-5 senior midfielder scored six goals and passed for three assists in seven games this spring before the remainder of the season was cancelled. A three-time All-State honoree, Poplin posted 24 goals and 13 assists as a junior. Also a three-time All-Region selection, she is ranked as the South Atlantic region’s No. 15 recruit in the Class of 2020 by Top Drawer Soccer.

Academic Achievement

Poplin has maintained a 4.0 GPA in the classroom. She has signed a National Letter of Intent to play soccer on scholarship at Furman University.

Exemplary Character

Poplin has volunteered locally on behalf of a retirement community, youth soccer programs and the Waddell Mariculture Center in association with the South Carolina Department of Natural Resources.
