The 5-foot-2 freshman distance talent swept the 800-, 1600- and 3200-meter events at the Class AA state meet this past season, setting meet records in the latter two while leading the Huskies to second place as a team. Fletcher smashed the meet record in the 3200 by more than 38 seconds with a time of 10:19.41, which ranked No. 52 nationally among prep girls competitors this spring. The 2024-25 Gatorade West Virginia Girls Cross Country Player of the Year, she clocked a PR of 9:46.94 in the 3000 at the Penn Relays Carnival to No. 24 nationally in that event.
Fletcher has maintained a 4.63 weighted GPA in the classroom. She will begin her sophomore year of high school this fall.
Fletcher has volunteered locally with the Charleston Humane Society and the Special Olympics, and she has donated her time as part of multiple community service initiatives through the Girl Scouts of the USA.
