Athletic Excellence

The 7-foot-1, 240-pound senior center led the Warhawks to a 30-4 record and a berth in the state semifinals this past season. Moreno averaged 21.6 points, 14.9 rebounds, 3.7 blocks and 3.6 assists while shooting 71.5 percent from the floor. The McDonald’s All-American is ranked as the nation’s No. 23 recruit in the Class of 2025 by ESPN.

Academic Achievement

Moreno has maintained a 4.0 GPA in the classroom. He has signed a written letter of athletic aid to play basketball at the University of Kentucky this fall.

Exemplary Character

Moreno has volunteered locally tutoring special needs children and reading to elementary school students. He has also donated his time to multiple community service initiatives through his church youth group.
