Athletic Excellence


The 6-foot-1 junior forward had led the Orioles to an 18-3 record and a berth in the Class A SoDak16 at the time of her selection. Vlastuin averaged 16.6 points, 6.1 rebounds and 2.1 assists through 21 games. The Dakota XII Conference MVP as a freshman and sophomore, she is also a two-time First Team All-State selection.

Academic Achievement


Vlastuin has maintained a 3.57 GPA in the classroom. She will begin her senior year of high school this fall.

Exemplary Character


President of her school’s Student Council and a devoted member of her church youth group, Vlastuin has volunteered locally on behalf of the Muscular Dystrophy Association and youth basketball camps.
