The 6-foot-1 junior right-handed pitcher led the Hornets to a 30-3 record and the 3A state championship this past season. Freeman compiled a 29-2 record, tying a state single-season record for victories, with six no-hitters, a 0.48 ERA and 263 strikeouts in 176 innings pitched. She also batted .536 with 55 RBI and was named MVP of the 3A title game.
Freeman has maintained a 4.0 GPA in the classroom. She has verbally committed to play softball on scholarship at the University of Tulsa in the fall of 2025.
Freeman has volunteered locally with her church’s sports camp and Vacation Bible School as well as for various school sports camps. She has also donated her time to a local animal shelter, where she walks dogs.
