The 5-foot-9 senior point guard averaged 25.7 points, 6.1 rebounds, 3.7 steals and 2.4 assists this past season, leading the Highlanders (17-4) to the SCISA Class 4A state semifinals. Jacobs is ranked as the nation’s No. 83 recruit in her class by espnW. A four-time state champion, she is also a two-time SCISA Player of the Year in her classification.
Jacobs has maintained a weighted 91.9 average in the classroom. She has signed a written letter of athletic aid to play basketball at the University of Mississippi this fall.
Jacobs has volunteered locally on behalf of Families Helping Families, the Kim’s Kids Foundation and the Salvation Army.
