Athletic Excellence


At the time of his selection, the 6-foot-2, 175-pound senior guard had led the Falcons to a 27-2 record and a berth in the Class 6 state quarterfinals. Evans averaged 12.4 points, 5.7 assists, 4.0 rebounds and 2.1 steals per game through 29 games. A two-time Class 6 First Team All-State selection, he was the 2022 Kansas City Metro Player of the Year.

Academic Achievement


Evans has maintained a 3.41 GPA in the classroom. He has signed a national letter of intent to play basketball on scholarship at Colorado State University this fall.

Exemplary Character


A member of his school’s leadership council, Evans has volunteered locally as a youth basketball coach.
