Athletic Excellence

At the time of his selection, the 6-foot-2, 185-pound senior quarterback had passed for 1,985 yards and 28 touchdowns this past season, leading the Bulldogs (12-0) to the Class AAAA semifinals. Fagan completed 64.5 percent of his passes through 12 games, threw only three interceptions and also rushed for 1,196 yards and 21 touchdowns, averaging 9.1 yards per carry. Ranked as the state’s No. 14 recruit by Prep RedZone, he entered the postseason round of four as a two-time state champion and a 2023 First Team All-State selection.

Academic Achievement

Fagan has maintained a weighted 4.56 GPA in the classroom. At the time of his selection, he remained undecided upon a collegiate destination.

Exemplary Character

The Student Council Treasurer at his school, Fagan also serves on the Superintendent’s Student Advisory. A member of both the Latino and Black Student Union, he is part of Martinsburg’s Leadership Club and has donated his time as Bridge Mentor at the school.
