“We’ve played against some great quarterbacks over the years, but Doyle is one of the best quarterbacks we’ve seen in person in our school’s history. He’s got a great arm, great poise and he’s very accurate. He’s just very, very good.”
Justin Alumbaugh
De La Salle (Calif.) High Head Coach

Athletic Excellence

The 6-foot-4, 210-pound senior quarterback passed for 2,635 yards and 22 touchdowns this past season, leading the Cadets to a 9-2 record and their first Washington Catholic Athletic Conference championship in 28 years. Doyle completed 171 of 280 passes and was intercepted just five times. He was a First Team All-WCAC selection.

Academic Achievement

Doyle has maintained a 3.26 GPA in the classroom. He has verbally committed to play football on scholarship at the University of Michigan in the fall of 2018.

Exemplary Character

A devoted member of his church community, Doyle has volunteered on behalf of the SMART Congressional student-empowerment initiative. “We’ve played against some great quarterbacks over the years, but Doyle is one of the best quarterbacks we’ve seen in person in our school’s history,” said Justin Alumbaugh, head coach at De La Salle (Calif.) High. “He’s got a great arm, great poise and he’s very accurate. He’s just very, very good.”
