The 5-foot-9 senior midfielder scored seven goals and passed for three assists this past season, leading the Blue Devils (19-1-2) to the Class AA state championship game. The Class AA State Player of the Year, Ring is a two-time United Soccer Coaches High School All-American selection and a member of the U.S. Soccer Under-19 Women’s National Team. She concluded her prep soccer career with 50 goals and 32 assists.
Ring has maintained a B-plus average in the classroom. She has signed a written letter of athletic aid to play soccer at Penn State University this fall.
A member of her school’s Math League team, Ring has volunteered locally with the Special Olympics and as a youth soccer coach.
