The 5-foot-7 senior left-handed pitcher led the Lancers to a 28-1 record and the Central Coast Section Open Division Tournament championship this past season. Munnerlyn posted a 15-0 mark in the circle with a 0.52 earned run average, striking out 183 batters while allowing just 41 hits in 107.1 innings pitched. Ranked as the nation’s No. 28 recruit in the Class of 2024 by Extra Inning Softball, she hit .356 with six home runs and 35 RBI.
Munnerlyn has maintained a 3.60 GPA in the classroom. She has signed a national letter of intent to play softball on scholarship at Texas A&M University this fall.
Munnerlyn has volunteered locally at Martha’s Kitchen preparing food for the homeless and she has donated her time at the Order of Malta, assembling hygiene kits for people in need.
