The 6-foot-3, 180-pound senior guard averaged 16.3 points, 6.4 rebounds, 5.2 assists and 1.6 steals per game this past season, leading the Hawks (18-6) to the Philadelphia Catholic League Tournament semifinals. The PCL’s Most Valuable Player honoree, Ellerbee is a two-time First Team All-PCL selection. He concluded his prep basketball career with 1,012 points.
Ellerbee has maintained a 3.09 GPA in the classroom. He has signed a written letter of athletic aid to play basketball at Florida Gulf Coast University this fall.
Ellerbee organized and executed a sneaker drive for Philadelphia-area children in need. He has volunteered locally as part of Thanksgiving food drives and as a youth basketball coach and camp counselor.
