At the time of his selection, the 6-foot-2, 185-pound senior quarterback had led the Papermakers to a 13-0 record and a berth in the Class 4A state championship game. Davidson connected on 201-of-290 passes for 3,440 yards and 50 touchdowns through 13 games. A two-time First Team All-Conference selection, Davidson threw at least three TD passes in 11 of his starts. He had also rushed for five scores.
Davidson has maintained a 3.30 GPA in the classroom. He remains undecided upon a collegiate destination.
Davidson has volunteered locally as a youth football coach.
