The 6-foot-1 senior outside hitter led the Bears to a 26-16 record and the Conference 6A state championship this past season. Hodge, who had to sit out the first 23 matches of the season because of the state’s transfer rules, recorded 397 kills with a .476 kill percentage and a .320 hitting percentage, including 33 kills in a five-set win over Perry High in the state final. Ranked as the No. 20 recruit in the Class of 2020 by PrepVolleyball.com, Hodge also tallied 190 digs, 29 blocks and 24 service aces. She concluded her prep volleyball career with 954 kills.
Hodge has maintained a B average in the classroom. She has signed a National Letter of Intent to play volleyball on scholarship at the University of Arizona this fall.
Hodge has volunteered locally with RISE Athletics, a sports foundation for underprivileged children. She has also donated her time to Feed My Starving Children as well as Kitchen on the Street.
