“She hits the ball well in all zones with power to all fields. She also puts the ball in play consistently, making her a tough out. Defensively, she has a ton of range, gets great reads on balls off the bat and is very aggressive. She has a great arm and is the type of player that makes coaches second-guess sending runners.”

Athletic Excellence

The 5-foot-8 senior shortstop led the Mustangs (16-11) to a 9-3 record in the 5A Southern Idaho Conference and a berth in the 5A state tournament this past season. Oliver batted .523 with 38 RBI, 16 home runs and 42 runs. She earned SIC Player of the Year honors.

Academic Achievement

Oliver has maintained a 3.67 GPA in the classroom. She has signed a National Letter of Intent to play softball on scholarship at Iowa State University this fall.

Exemplary Character

Oliver has volunteered locally at the Idaho Food Bank and on behalf of the Special Olympics. She has also donated her time by feeding the homeless during the holiday season.
