The 5-foot-6 senior won the Class 6A state meet this past season, breaking the tape in 17:49.77 more than 44 seconds ahead of her next-closest competitor and leading the Tigers to a second-place finish as a team. Loewe also won the featured El Caliente Division race at the Chile Pepper XC Festival, clocking the fastest time in history by an Arkansas prep girl at the event (17:03.1). The returning Gatorade State Player of the Year, she raced to the fastest all-class time at the state meet as well.

A devoted volunteer with the Rogers Dream Center, which helps underprivileged families with Christmas gifts, Loewe has also donated her time locally on behalf of the Keypoint Church at Fall Fest in addition to packing meals for the Feed My Starving Children program.
