Athletic Excellence


The 5-foot-6 senior right-handed pitcher posted a 2-0 record with a 0.00 ERA this spring, striking out 25 batters and walking just one in 11 innings pitched before the remainder of the season was cancelled. The Southern Idaho Conference Class 4A Player of the Year, Walters concluded her prep career with a 48-15 record, a 0.73 ERA and 784 strikeouts. A three-time First Team All-SIC honoree, she recorded an 11-6 record in 2019 with a 0.73 ERA, striking out 205 batters and issuing just 24 walks in 115.2 innings pitched. Walters also batted .341 with 25 RBI.

Academic Achievement


Walters has maintained a 3.41 GPA in the classroom. She has signed a National Letter of Intent to play softball on scholarship at the College of Southern Idaho.

Exemplary Character


Walters has volunteered locally on behalf of community clean-up initiatives and Sleep in Heavenly Peace, which builds and delivers beds to needy children.
