The 5-foot senior libero led the Lynx to a 47-10-4 record and the fourth round of the double-elimination Class 4A state tournament this past season. Sapon amassed 1,019 digs, averaging 7.1 per set, and was named an American Volleyball Coaches Association Honorable Mention All-American. She added 78 aces and 94 assists on the year and was named to the 4A All-Tournament Team.
Sapon has maintained a 3.48 GPA in the classroom. She remains undecided upon a collegiate destination.
Sapon has volunteered locally through the Dimond High Key Club, packing up essential items for homeless youth and Halloween bags for underserved children. She has also donated her time serving those same populations through clothing drives and by distributing blankets during the colder months.
