The 5-foot-7 senior midfielder led the Ravens to a 17-12-1 record and both the Southern Section Division 7 and the SoCal Division V Regional tournament championships this past season. King scored 28 goals and passed for eight assists, and had the assist on Vista Del Lago’s lone goal in its 1-0 win over Whittier Christian High in the regional final. Ranked as the No. 25 recruit in the Class of 2025 by TopDrawerSoccer.com, she was a member of the U.S. Under-17 Women’s National Team that placed third in the FIFA U17 Women’s World Cup in the Dominican Republic last November.
King has maintained a 4.27 weighted GPA in the classroom. She has signed a written letter of athletic aid to play soccer at Duke University this fall.
A member of the Vista Del Lago AP Calculus B/C club, King has volunteered locally with Power Speaks Louder, a non-profit organization serving the less fortunate in Moreno Valley.
