Athletic Excellence


The 5-foot-9, 140-pound senior raced to his third consecutive Division 2 individual state championship this past season with a time of 16:12.6. The state’s returning Gatorade Boys Cross Country Runner of the Year, Nisbet took third at the Foot Locker Northeast Regional championships. He also broke the tape at the New Castle County championships, the Joe O’Neill Invitational, the White Clay Creek Classic and the Lake Forest Invitational, while finishing third at the Manhattan Invitational and sixth at the Great American Cross Country Festival.

Academic Achievement


Nisbet has maintained a 4.20 GPA in the classroom. He will attend Princeton University this fall, where he will compete in cross country and track and field.

Also a talented musician, Nisbet is a member of his school’s student leadership committee.
