The 6-foot senior setter amassed 1,134 assists and 240 digs this past season, leading the Mustangs (39-4) to the Open State Tournament quarterfinals this past season. Fuerbringer also recorded 128 kills, 55 blocks and 46 service aces while earning First Team All-American honors from both the American Volleyball Coaches Association and MaxPreps.com. A member of the United States Under-19 Women’s National Team, she missed the first nine matches of the season while helping Team USA take home the gold medal at the U19 World Championships in Croatia.
Fuerbringer has maintained a weighted 3.74 GPA in the classroom. She has signed a National Letter of Intent to play volleyball on scholarship at the University of Wisconsin this fall.
Fuerbringer is director of a local Feed2Succeed chapter, supporting people in need in the Philippines with food, clothing and medical supplies. In this role, she has organized multiple volleyball tournaments, also playing in these events each year. She has also donated her time as a youth coach and instructor for the Mizuno Long Beach volleyball club.
