At the time of her selection, the 5-foot-8 junior had led the Rockets to a 24-1 record and the quarterfinals of the Class AA state tournament. Randolph compiled a 24-0 record in the circle with 264 strikeouts in 144 innings through 25 games. She recorded an ERA of 0.34, a WHIP of 0.389 and opposing hitters batted just .102 against her. Entering the quarterfinals, she owned a .405 batting average to go with 33 RBI and an OPS of 1.187. More than 40 percent of her hits had gone for extra bases.
Raymond has maintained a 3.93 GPA in the classroom. She will begin her senior year of high school this fall.
A member of the Randolph Leadership Academy and a Tackle Cancer Student Ambassador, Raymond is an active participant in the Fellowship of Christian Athletes and serves as a peer mentor. She has volunteered locally on behalf of Feed My Starving Children.
