Athletic Excellence


The 5-foot-10 junior forward led the Bulldogs to a 23-0-1 record and the Class AAA state championship this past season. Murphy scored 30 goals and passed for 11 assists, and she recorded a goal in each of Bearden’s three state tournament victories. A three-time First Team All-State selection, Murphy is also a two-time regional Player of the Year and a 2021 United Soccer Coaches All-American selection. She concluded her junior year with 69 goals and 31 assists in her prep soccer career.

Academic Achievement


Murphy has maintained a weighted 4.19 GPA in the classroom. She has made a verbal commitment to play soccer on scholarship at the University of South Carolina beginning in the fall of 2023.

Exemplary Character


Murphy has volunteered locally at a food bank and on behalf of the Salvation Army. She has also donated her time as a youth soccer and basketball coach.
