The 5-foot-8, 170-pound senior running back had led the Spartans to a 12-0 record and a berth in the Class 6A-II state championship game at the time of his selection. Presley rushed for 947 yards and 14 touchdowns on 95 carries through 12 games, also catching 50 passes for 632 yards and seven touchdowns. The Tulsa World Player of the Year as a junior, he is a three-time All-State honoree.
Presley has maintained a 3.0 GPA in the classroom. He has signed a National Letter of Intent to play football on scholarship at Oklahoma State University next fall.
Presley has volunteered locally on behalf of the Bixby Outreach Center, helping families in need.
