“Brandon has done everything to put his team on his back and take them to places they haven’t been before. He can change the game on the offensive end and the defensive end. But he changes the game because he’s not a selfish player and he trusts his teammates to make plays when he passes the ball.”

Athletic Excellence

The state’s returning Gatorade Player of the Year, the 6-foot-9, 190-pound senior forward had led the Ravens to a 25-6 record and a berth in the Class 4A state quarterfinals at the time of his selection. Miller averaged 26.2 points, 7.9 rebounds, 2.4 assist, 2.0 steals and 1.5 blocks per game through 31 games. A McDonald’s All-American Game selection and a finalist for Class 4A Mr. Basketball, he is ranked as the nation’s No. 13 recruit in the Class of 2022 by ESPN.com.

Academic Achievement

Miller has maintained a B average in the classroom. He has signed a national letter of intent to play basketball on scholarship at the University of Alabama this fall.
