The 5-foot-7 sophomore midfielder and forward led the Knights to a 16-2-3 record and the Northern Virginia Independent Schools Tournament championship this past season. McKeen scored 37 goals and passed for nine assists, including one of each in O’Connell’s 3-0 win over Paul VI High in the NVIS tournament final. The Washington Catholic Athletic Conference Player of the Year, McKeen was a member of the U.S. Under-17 Women’s National Team at the CONCACAF Cup in March. She is ranked as the nation’s No. 17 recruit in the Class of 2027 by TopDrawerSoccer.com.
McKeen has maintained a weighted 4.46 GPA in the classroom. She will begin her junior year of high school this fall.
McKeen has volunteered locally on behalf of the Special Olympics and has also donated her time with the Junior Volunteer League where she works with children with special needs.
