The 5-foot-10 junior earned All-American honors at the Nike Outdoor Nationals with a state-record time of 2:06.19 in the 800-meter run this past season. Everett’s clocking ranked No. 9 nationally among prep girls competitors in 2022 at the time of her selection. She also swept the 800 and mile runs at the Division 1 state meet, and the state’s Meet of Champions, where her mile time of 4:49.31 ranked No. 38 in the country.
