At the time of his selection, the 6-foot-6, 190-pound junior wing had led the Green Knights to a 24-2 record and a berth in Connecticut’s Division I state championship game. Toure averaged 25.1 points and 6 rebounds through 25 games while shooting over 75 percent from the floor this winter. The 2023-24 GameTimeCT Player of the Year, he’s ranked as the nation’s No. 26 prospect in the Class of 2026 by both 247Sports and Rivals. Last summer, he scored 50 points for Guinea in a FIBA U-17 World Cup game, tying the event’s single-game record.
Toure has maintained a B average in the classroom. He will begin his senior year of high school this fall.
Toure has volunteered locally as a youth basketball instructor with fifth and sixth graders.
