The 5-foot-10, 155-pound senior midfielder scored 13 goals and passed for seven assists this past season, leading the Sallies (12-5-1) to the Division I state championship game. The 2024 Delaware High School Coaches Association Player of the Year, Cifa is a three-time state champion. He was also a United Soccer Coaches High School All-American selection.
Cifa has maintained a 3.60 GPA in the classroom. He will attend Scranton University, where he will play soccer, beginning this fall.
Cifa has participated in an internship at the Food Bank of Delaware, assisting with sorting food, managing donations and distributing goods to people in need. He has also volunteered locally at St. Joe’s Homeless Shelter and on behalf of the Arc of Delaware, which serves state residents with intellectual and developmental challenges, in addition to donating his time as a youth soccer coach and mentor.
