The 5-foot-10 junior outside hitter recorded 483 kills, 274 digs and 65 service aces this past season, leading the Patriots (55-5-2) to the Class AAA finals. The state's returning Gatorade Volleyball Player of the Year, Wyner was selected captain of the Class AAA All-State Team and was named Mountain State Athletic Conference Player of the Year.
Wyner has maintained a 4.59 GPA in the classroom. She will begin her senior year of high school this fall.
Wyner has volunteered locally on behalf of a homeless shelter, clothing drives and flood-relief efforts. "Wyner has an extremely well-rounded game," said John Everson, head coach at Martinsburg High. "She's the type of player you need to account for at all times, due to the damage she can inflict from anywhere on the floor."
