The 5-foot-7 senior midfielder led the Lions to a 15-7 record and the Class 6A state championship this past season. Leib scored 38 goals and passed for 12 assists, including eight goals in Briarwood’s five-game postseason run to the state title. A three-time First Team All-State selection, she concluded her prep soccer career with 129 goals and 38 assists.
Leib has maintained a 4.65 weighted GPA in the classroom. She has signed a written letter of athletic aid to play soccer at Clemson University this fall.
The president of the Briarwood Christian National Honor Society chapter, Leib served as the school’s Student Government secretary and the treasurer of the Mu Alpha Theta math honor society. She has volunteered locally with a Vacation Bible School and as a youth soccer coach.
