The state’s two-time returning Gatorade Girls Track & Field Player of the Year, the 5-foot-6 senior broke the state record in the pole vault this past season, clearing 13 feet, 7 inches, which matched the nation’s No. 15 performance among girls prep competitors in 2023. Moku also won the event at the state meet and captured additional state titles in the 100-meter hurdles as well as the long jump. She took third in the 300-meter hurdles and fourth in the 100-meter dash, sparking the Warriors to a third-place finish as a team.
Moku has maintained a 3.50 weighted GPA in the classroom. She has signed a National Letter of Intent to compete on scholarship at Washington State University this fall.
Moku has volunteered locally on behalf of the Special Olympics and with youth track and gymnastics programs. She also contributed to community restoration and clean-up projects at significant Hawaiian cultural destinations.
