The 5-foot-7 senior right-handed pitcher led the Sabers to a 16-0 record and the Division 1 state championship this past season. Irimata was the winning pitcher in 15 of those wins, finishing with a 1.37 ERA and 124 strikeouts while issuing just 10 walks in 97 innings pitched. The Division 1 state tournament MVP, she retired the final 17 batters she faced in the title game.
Irimata has maintained a 3.91 GPA in the classroom. She has signed a National Letter of Intent to play softball on scholarship at the University of Nevada this fall.
Irimata has volunteered locally packing and delivering food to the elderly. She also has donated her time on behalf of local youth baseball and softball camps.
